21 Andhra Pradesh government websites, including the one which contained details of the state budget, were hacked on Thursday, The Hindu has reported.
Hackers broke into www.budget.ap.gov.in and added additional page on the site.
Though the intruders, identified themselves as
!-Bb0yH4cK3r_Dz-! and Hmei7, added additional pages dislpaying their messages, they did not tamper with any of the information. It seems like they just wanted to prove their capabilites, reported the daily.

The websites belonged to major government departments such as Gazette notifications, government orders, commercial taxes, GAD, horticulture, factories, remote and interior area development.
